These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GhanimLawFirm Mobile App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Definitions: In these Terms and Conditions, “App” means the Ghanim Law Firm Mobile Application; “the Firm”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Ghanim Law Firm; and “User” or “you” means any person who accesses, registers on, or uses the App.
1. Use of the App
- The App provides access to legal consultations, contract reviews, and related services.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete personal and legal information.
- Misuse, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Registration
- Certain services require creating an account with OTP verification.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- All activities under your account are your responsibility.
3. Legal Consultations
- Requests made via the App do not establish a binding attorney-client relationship until formally confirmed by an engagement letter.
- Ghanim Law Firm reserves the right to accept or reject service requests.
4. Payments
- Payments are securely processed via SkipCash or another authorized payment gateway.
- Refunds are subject to review and approval by the Firm’s admin team.
- We are not responsible for third-party payment gateway delays or errors.
5. Intellectual Property
- All App content, including logos, text, documents, and graphics, belongs to Ghanim Law Firm.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reuse is prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Violate applicable laws and regulations.
- Upload malicious files or disrupt the App’s performance.
- Impersonate another user.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The App and its services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Ghanim Law Firm shall not be liable for indirect damages, delays, or disruptions beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Qatari courts.
9. Changes to Terms
Ghanim Law Firm may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective once published in the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Payment Adjustments
The payment made through the App is subject to change based on the actual scope of the service. If the documentation or consultation exceeds the scope displayed and managed within the App, the initial payment will be considered a deposit.
A payment link will then be sent to the customer for the remaining balance, which must be settled before receiving the final feedback or service outcome.

12. Document and Feedback Limit (10 Pages Maximum)
For document-based consultations, the fee paid covers up to ten (10) pages in total. This includes:
- The maximum number of pages submitted by the client, including documents, images, or transcribed content from voice notes.
- The maximum number of pages in the written feedback provided by Ghanim Law Firm.
If the combined volume of submitted materials or required written feedback exceeds ten (10) pages, the Firm will assess the additional scope and issue a payment link for the remaining balance in accordance with Section 10 (Payment Adjustments).
Long or extended voice notes are treated as equivalent pages for this calculation, based on transcription length or content volume.
13. Applicability — Document Consultations Only
The ten (10) page limit in Section 12 applies exclusively to document-based consultations, including contract reviews, written legal feedback, and documentation deliverables.
This cap does not apply to general consultations that do not produce a written deliverable. However, if any part of such consultations requires written documentation or extended analysis, the same ten (10) page rule shall apply under Section 12.
14. Right to Refuse or Cancel Service
Ghanim Law Firm reserves the right to refuse or cancel any service request at its sole discretion and without providing any reason. In such cases, any amount already paid by the customer will be fully refunded.
15. Binding Effect
By using the App, submitting a request, or completing a payment, the User expressly agrees that these Terms and Conditions constitute a binding contractual agreement between the User and Ghanim Law Firm, enforceable under the laws of the State of Qatar.
16. Authoritative Language
In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or difference in interpretation between the Arabic and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Arabic text shall prevail and shall be deemed the legally binding and authoritative version for all purposes before the competent authorities and courts of the State of Qatar.
17. Age Confirmation Requirement
Access to and use of the Ghanim Law Firm Mobile App is strictly limited to users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Before accessing or using the App for the first time, the User must confirm, via the login or registration screen, that they are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Ghanim Law Firm does not knowingly provide services to minors, and any use of the App by a person under the age of eighteen (18) is strictly prohibited.
18. Consent to Data Collection and Storage
By proceeding past the login or registration screen, the User expressly confirms and agrees that Ghanim Law Firm may collect, store, process, and use the User’s personal data in accordance with Law No. (13) of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy, and all applicable regulations, directives, and decisions issued thereunder in the State of Qatar.
Such consent is mandatory for accessing and using the App and its services.
19. Privacy Policy Compliance and Display
The Privacy Policy shall be clearly displayed and accessible on the App’s main page and within the App interface.
The Privacy Policy confirms that all personal data collection, storage, processing, and handling—across all stages of service delivery—are conducted in full compliance with Law No. (13) of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy and all related implementing regulations in the State of Qatar.
The Privacy Policy is accessible at all times through a direct link on the App’s main page and within the App interface and forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, the User confirms that they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
